In order to see progress, you must adhere to what you're doing to see long term succes. It starts and ends with our behaviors.
Drop the guilt, eliminate the self-sabotage, and separate emotions from data driven results.

I feel a coach needs to be caring, honest, supportive, available, easy to talk with, hold me accountable, and know their stuff.
