Hpc Performance center

In these walls we celebrate, we support, and we welcome everyone. We are proud of the community we have built here; one that promotes being positive, getting strong as hell, and consistently showing up for ourselves and others too. 

HPC offers expert programming and a space for group training or personal training.

Programs offered at hpc performance center

HPC Strength + Conditioning Classes

 During these 1-hour sessions you will be given workouts that focus on progressive overload, athleticism, and injury prevention. Each week will be broken down into an upper/lower body split, along with a weekly conditioning class (Wednesday’s). Track your progressions and work alongside a group of 9-12 driven individuals.

 The purpose of this class is to just simply be better, in all the ways. This is only accomplished by focusing on the integrity of good form, building awareness around your very own improvements, and contributing your energy towards a positive environment. Programming is made an entire year in advance, so you will have access to workouts even on the days you can’t make it to the gym. Gain strength, confidence, and some new badass friends.   


Class times are Monday-Friday @ 9am, 3:30pm, and 4:30pm.

1-on-1 Personal Training

 If you need more flexibility for your schedule, if you're training for a specific event, if you're not sure you're ready for group training or just love working out alone, and if you simply need a refresher on programming and form, personal training is a great option.

  1-on-1 personal training is offered for anyone 1-2 times per week and can be tailored towards any goal you have in mind. 

Every session, a workout will be provided that you can easily walk into without any thought involved. You can expect a tracking system that shows the progressive overload that's occurring in each lift, along with step-by-step instructions on how to get to the goal you intend on achieving.  

All of this is tracked by Coach Holly during your sessions. 


Personal training can be bought in single sessions or package deals, as well as, 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour sessions.
