Our program is built around progressive overload and proper lifting technique.
Every workout is structured, intentional, and adaptable to your individual goals and experience level.
Classes run Monday–Friday:
7:30 AM | 9:00 AM
3:30 PM | 4:30 PM
Meet one-on-one to discuss your goals, experience, and needs.
Custom Plan: Your program is built specifically for you, focusing on proper lifting and progressive overload.
Coached Sessions: Each workout is guided, structured, and progressed as you get stronger.
Current availability: Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (varies by day). 30-minute, 45-minute or 1-hour sessions available.
Champion Camp runs each summer from June–August for athletes ages 14–18.
Athletes learn proper lifting techniques, gain confidence in their abilities, and train in a supportive environment where teamwork and encouragement are the standard.
A summer of growth, strength, and fun awaits every athlete.
Monday & Wednesday @ 11am starting June 1st.
